A brisk and responsible chef

We hope you enjoy working independently and taking charge of the kitchen. You want to challenge yourself and look forward to cooking together with our guests over an open fire.

Your duties include preparing daily meals as well as cooking with customers in the hut, over an open fire. We also bake our own fresh sweet and savoury pastries, so

What we expect from you:

• strong basic knowledge of the kitchen and a passion to learn and create something new

• appreciating the raw materials of Finland’s pure nature, you know how to utilize the products of the nature around us

• a valid hygiene passport

• proficiency in Finnish or English, other language skills are an advantage.

• team player skills, which also includes a sense of humour

• a driving license

Hotel reception and restaurant worker

We hope you enjoy working independently and can keep a smile on your face even when it gets hectic. You feel at home working in an international atmosphere, because especially in winter, our customers are mainly international guests staying with us. We also serve other lunch and dinner customers as well as sauna guests.

Versatile work tasks primarily include the customer service and cleaning of the restaurant and café, as well as the occasional hotel reception or sauna elf duties. In the event of a crisis, we hope you know how to grab a broom, vacuum cleaner, snow shovel or dishwasher handle and help your co-workers cope with the day.

What we expect from you:

• strong basic skills as a waiter / waitress

• a valid hygiene and alcohol passport
